Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Settlement Claim Network (“we,” “us,” operated by Atlantic Ave Agency Ltd (d/b/a JurisMetric)) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
You provide, and we collect, the following when you use the funnel:
- Identifiers: first and last name, phone number, email address.
- Claim details: accident/incident type, approximate date, injury severity, fault, whether you have an attorney, your description of what happened, and the state where it occurred.
- Technical & consent data: IP address, browser/user-agent, submission timestamp, one-time-password verification status, and a TrustedForm consent certificate documenting your interaction with the form.
2. Tracking technologies
We use the following tracking technologies on the Service:
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness, understand how visitors interact with the Service, and optimize our ads on Meta platforms. The Pixel collects data such as pages visited, actions taken in the funnel, browser type, and IP address. This data may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and used for ad targeting. You can opt out of Meta’s use of your data for ad targeting at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Session storage: We use browser session storage to prevent duplicate event tracking during your visit. This data is not transmitted to any server and is cleared when you close your browser tab.
- Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Service through session replays, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics. Clarity captures interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded. This data may be shared with Microsoft and is used to improve the Service. See Microsoft’s privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
Microsoft Clarity sets first-party cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to recognize repeat visits within its analytics. The TrustedForm script referenced above may also set its own cookies — see ActiveProspect’s privacy policy for details.
3. How we use information
- To match you with, and share your information with, Partner law firms and legal-service providers who may contact you about a potential claim.
- To contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry (see our Terms for consent details).
- To verify your identity/phone, prevent fraud and abuse, and assess lead quality.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service and for legal and compliance purposes.
4. How we share information
We share your information with:
- Partner law firms / attorneys / lead buyers who may handle or evaluate your potential claim.
- Service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, Twilio (phone verification), ActiveProspect TrustedForm (consent certification), IPQualityScore (fraud screening), Meta Platforms (advertising pixel), Microsoft (Clarity behavioral analytics), and our CRM provider (lead management).
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
Because we share leads with Partners who may compensate us, some sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws. See your rights below.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable state privacy laws may give you certain rights regarding your personal information. These laws include, but are not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA), the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA), the Nebraska Data Privacy Act (NDPA), the New Hampshire Privacy Act (NHPA), the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).
Under these laws, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Because we share your information with Partner law firms who may compensate us, this may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, email us at info@jurismetric.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include your name, email address, and phone number so we can locate your records. We will process your request within 15 business days, or within the timeframe required by your state’s applicable law, whichever is shorter.
To exercise any other privacy right listed above, contact us using the same email address. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including maintaining records of consent for legal and compliance reasons, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
