These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Settlement Claim Network (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Atlantic Ave Agency Ltd (d/b/a JurisMetric). By accessing the Service or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. We are not a law firm

Settlement Claim Network is a marketing and lead-generation platform. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service or submitting your information. Any information on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

2. How the Service works

When you submit your information, we may share it with one or more third-party law firms, attorneys, legal-service providers, or other partners (“Partners”) who may contact you about a potential claim. We do not guarantee that any Partner will accept your matter, that you have a valid claim, or that you will receive any compensation. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely on advertising.

3. Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

By submitting your information and verifying your phone number, you agree that Settlement Claim Network and its Partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email — regarding your potential claim, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, asking to be removed on a call, or contacting us at info@jurismetric.com.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and your own.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Any settlement figures, timeframes, or results referenced on the Service are illustrative, reflect past results of unrelated matters, and do not guarantee or predict any specific outcome. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Ave Agency Ltd (d/b/a JurisMetric) and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service or from any contact or engagement with a Partner.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic Ave Agency Ltd (d/b/a JurisMetric) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
